On behalf of the Board of Directors, thank you for your interest in the Hispanic College Fund.
We believe in the promise of America; the promise of inclusion and opportunity: opportunity often achieved through higher education.
We believe in the power of education to transform the lives of individuals, families, communities, and ultimately, the country.
Hispanics now constitute the largest minority population in the United States: over 50 million people, accounting for 1 out of 6 Americans. To put that in perspective, on a stand-alone basis that would be the 25th largest country in the world! But Hispanics do not stand alone; they are part of the rich tapestry that is America.
Our mission is to prepare the next generation of Hispanic professionals through high school programs that promote achieving higher education, scholarship and retention programs that support college graduation, and professional development programs that prepare college students for post-graduate success. It is a unique pipeline approach that transforms promising youth into promising professionals and will result in a stronger America.
