NNSA Leadership Project

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is launching a new initiative to support underrepresented students interested in pursuing internships at NNSA Headquarters, its national laboratories or site offices around the country. The NNSA Leadership Program provides participants with an internship, scholarship, mentorship and training to gain a competitive edge in the 21^st century workforce.

Eligibility Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Must be a current college students enroll full-time at an accredited college/university in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for the 2011-2012 academic year
• Must have earned and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Must be pursuing a degree in business, science, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Must be able to pass a security clearance

NNSA Internship Locations:

• NNSA Headquarters, District of Columbia and around the country
• Students must be willing to relocate during their internship
