What should you know about applying to the Hispanic  College Fund?

HCF accepts ONLY online applications.

For your protection, the application is on a secure website.

How does the process work?

Register

Create a username and password and complete all required fields of the profile to register for a scholarship application.  You will be able to use this login to enter the application system and make updates to your application until the application deadline.

Verify

Once you hit the Register button, you will be logged out of the system.  Check your email.  You should have an email from [email protected].  This email will contain a link for you to verify your email address.  Click the link and you will be able to start the official application process.

Pre-qualify

Submit information about you, your family, and your interest in internships and HCF will let you know which scholarship programs you meet the eligibility criteria.

Apply

You may be eligible to apply to multiple programs.  Check the FAQ section after you register concerning the ability to apply for multiple programs.  For each scholarship program you apply, you will need to submit an essay.

Submit Documents

Depending on the scholarship program you are applying for, you may need to submit additional documents.  The online application system will let you know what paperwork is required.  If you are applying to multiple programs you will only need to submit paperwork once.  Do not send any documents to the Hispanic College Fund until requested to do so.  Documents received prior to request will not be processed.

Review by HCF Scholarship Selection Committee

Each complete application submitted by the deadline is reviewed by a member of the HCF Scholarship Selection Committee.
