LEAD Mentor (formerly the Resident Advisor position)
LEAD Mentors will not only encompass the responsibilities that the Resident Advisor has had in previous years, but this redefined role will fulfill a great need for continued student support that has become apparent over the years. LEAD Mentors enhance their leadership skills to make impactful decisions, become empowered to change their environment, strive for achievement of the highest degree, and focus on development for themselves and others within their community.

Qualifications:
- Current college student or recent college graduate
- Strong leadership and character skills
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication
- Attend full-day program (June 14th) and training (evening of June 13th)
